The WR07X10097 assembly does NOT include a run capacitor. If your original installation included a separate run capacitor (typically 12µF 250VAC, GE part WR55X24064), you should transfer the existing capacitor onto the new assembly — provided it tests good. If the capacitor is also faulty, replace it separately. Some Embraco compressor variants do not use a capacitor; check your original setup before ordering.
