If you open the door mid-cycle and find the detergent pod still sitting there untouched, your dishes are basically just getting a rinse. The dispenser spring and latch wear out over time. We produce these with reliable spring-loaded mechanisms that release on cue, every cycle. Functionally tested, backed by a 1-year warranty, and priced up to 50% less than dealer pricing.
